We’re growing the Jedburgh mill team!

We are actively recruiting new Production Operators at our natural fibre insulation mill in Jedburgh.

The new Production Operators will join two new outstanding staff members – Graeme and Stephen (pictured).

Graeme Purves is our Production Site Manager. Formerly at Mainetti, Graeme brings over 26 years of impressive experience in manufacturing to IndiNature including senior management roles across production, supply chains and logistics and a strong background in health and safety.

Graeme is joined by Stephen Fisher as our Production Engineer. Formerly at Emtelle and Mainetti with over 24 years in manufacturing, Stephen can turn his hand to most aspects of engineering including mechanics and a specialism in electrics and controls.

A great start to the year, on the back of our new £2m follow on investment from the Scottish National Investment Bank.
